Hi, I'm Laura, and I love to create - art, design, music, gardening, all these things make me happy. I sometimes find words difficult, so prefer to draw to express myself, something beautiful, funny, or slightly weird. Nostalgia and memory are important to me, but more than anything, I try to capture my love for nature.

I paint in watercolour, ink, and oils from my little corner of the South-East of England. My art is often inspired by the everyday, the normal, the overlooked, the slightly quirky bits of nature that surround us. I think it's easy for us to forget that we’re just sharing this planet with so many other wonderful creatures, So I try to slow down, look around and celebrate them. Cherish every flower, every snail, every strange little mushroom.
